• Do you accept insurance?

  Yes, we do accept many insurances. All insurance policies may have different requirements and coverage for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Nutritional Counseling. Our benefits coordinator will verify and notify of your coverage.
  
  In case we are out of network with your insurance company, we will help check your OON (Out of Network) benefits coverage or which wellness option will best fit your needs.

• Do you accept private pay?

  Yes we do. Whether you are looking to continue therapy services or if you’d like to visit us despite insurance restrictions we will happily guide you through our wellness and private pay therapy options which include package discounts.

• What happens after I run out of visits with my insurance?

  We offer post discharge programs designed to help you maintain the gains you have made during your treatment. These can be in the form of personal training, group classes, or gym style memberships that allow you to continue to use the equipment independently or under the guidance of our staff.

• Do you offer telehealth?

  Telehealth may be provided for Speech Therapy or Nutrition Counseling. Contact us for more details if you require telehealth services.

• What should I bring to the first appointment?

  Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out initial paperwork/consent forms. Upon request, these forms can also be emailed to you in advance. Bring your insurance cards and photo ID along with any relevant medical paperwork you may find important to your first appointment. Please wear appropriate clothing so we can perform a proper examination.

• What if my doctor sends me to another place, can I go to Strive instead?

  Absolutely, you have the right to pick where you want to receive care and why not pick a 5 star google rated facility that provides 1on1 care! Please give us a call or email so we can review your situation. If you are using insurance, we will need to ensure that your insurance will allow it.

• What makes you a neurological and vestibular specialist?

  Our staff has years of experience working with neurological, movement, and vestibular disorders in a variety of settings. Our staff also has a variety of credentials and certifications in the neurological field such as NCS (Neurologic Clinical Specialist), PWR (Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery) Certified, and Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist.
  
  In combination with our outstanding staff - our facility implements innovative and specialized equipment geared towards the rehabilitation of those with neurological and movement disorders.
  
  We utilize Vestibular First Goggles that give us objective and real time view and recording of eye movement for accurate diagnosis and treatment of those with vestibular symptoms.
